He helped fund solar and wind projects through Temporis Capital before launching Ohme to make EVs part of the energy solution.

Watson pioneered smart charging through partnerships with Octopus Energy, allowing EV owners to charge when power is cheapest and cleanest—automatically. Now expanding globally, he sees Australia as the ideal next market, with its high rooftop solar uptake, dynamic tariffs, and off-street parking.

Ross is a robotics engineer by background, and has spent the last 6 years getting involved wherever the standards, codes and regulations relating to the electrical infrastructure supporting EVs in Australia are being considered. He has been closely involved in the development of minimum requirements for buildings in Australia in relation to EV readiness, and in work preparing the energy system for the wide scale adoption of EVs. Ross and his wife own a Mitsubishi Outlander Plug-in hybrid and a pure electric Polestar, and live in Melbourne.

Shahram Shadan is the Managing Director of myenergi APAC, leading the company's operations across the Asia-Pacific region. With a diverse background in business ownership and project management, he has successfully executed commercial and residential property projects.
